The Genesis Of A Marine Painting…: Ever wonder how much work it takes to go from a blank page to a fully realized marine masterwork? No? Well, even so, check out this very cool animation of the evolution of famed marine artist John Mecray’s portrait of Ted Turner’s “Tenacious,” which won the deadly 1979 Fastnet Race.
